Fikravis Systems respects the privacy of visitors to fikravis.com. This policy explains what personal data we process through this website, why we process it and the rights you may have in relation to that data.
1. Data we collect
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we may process your name, company name, email address, telephone number if provided, inquiry type and subject, and message content. Technical systems may also process ordinary technical data necessary for security and service delivery.
2. Purpose of processing
We use contact-form data to receive, process and respond to your inquiry, conduct related business communication and protect the website and communication systems from abuse.
3. Legal basis
Processing takes place where necessary to respond to your request and take steps at your request before a possible contractual relationship, to perform a contract where applicable, or on the basis of a legitimate interest in secure and efficient business communication where such a basis applies.
4. Recipients and service providers
We use technical hosting and email infrastructure providers to operate the website and deliver messages. They may process data only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service and in accordance with their contractual and legal obligations.
5. International processing
Some infrastructure providers may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. Where applicable, Fikravis Systems seeks to use appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards in accordance with applicable law.
6. Data retention
Inquiry data is used while the inquiry is open and related correspondence or demonstration arrangements continue. After closure, further retention is assessed based on any active arrangement, an obligation to retain particular business records, or a concrete need to establish or defend a legal claim. Data no longer needed for those purposes is subject to deletion. If a business relationship follows, retention periods for the relevant contractual and business records apply. Security-log and backup retention at service providers depends on their configuration and contractual terms.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your data, object to certain processing and exercise other data-protection rights. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
8. Cookies and analytics
The current website does not use marketing cookies or visitor profiling tools. If such technologies are introduced, this policy and the relevant consent management will be updated accordingly.

Technical processing and service providers
Vercel serves this website. Contact and demo inquiries are sent through Resend to the Fikravis business email address, with copies to the team responsible for responding. The business mailbox provider processes received messages. Processing locations and technical log retention depend on provider configurations and agreements; we do not claim that all processing takes place in one country.
Inquiry measurement without marketing tracking
We record limited technical events: opening the demo form, a form error and successful acceptance of an inquiry for sending. Events contain only the event name and language, without form contents, email addresses, cookies or visitor identifiers. Vercel and email infrastructure may separately process normal security and service logs. We respect Do Not Track for browser events.
Contact or demo inquiry data is not used for automated decision-making about you or marketing profiling. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Resend sends from Ireland but stores data in the United States. Zoho receives business email. Vercel provides hosting.
