Descriptions of functionality, availability and planned NOMORVIA products may change during development. Final scope, price, timelines and terms of a specific product or service are defined by the relevant business offer or contract.

Dates and support scope
- Transition to Nomorvia is free until 1 June 2027. Data sources, migration scope and schedule are agreed in advance.
- Clients who switch by that deadline receive free support until 1 January 2028. From 1 January 2028, free support per client includes 2 hours in person and 3 hours online per month.
- For visits to locations more than 50 km from the Fikravis office, travel costs are paid by the client. The departure address and costs are confirmed before the visit.
- The software licence or subscription is not included in free transition and support. Package, pricing, support appointments and additional services are agreed separately.
- Scheduling, additional-hour charges and handling of unused monthly hours are confirmed in writing before support starts.
